Founder Tara Bray
Tara Bray, was raised in Victoria, B.C. where she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Victoria. Subsequently, Bray went on to obtain a Perinatal Specialty at the University of British Columbia. When not at Derma FX, she continues to work in Obstetrics at the hospital or enjoys spending time with her family.
After completing the neuromodulator training and advanced laser course through Sharplight, Tara Bray decided to follow her long-time passion and founded Derma FX Medispa. When asked why she chose a path in Medical Aesthetics, Bray expresses, "I love the action and critical thinking of working in Obstetrics, but have always had an artistic eye and developed a passion for the art involved in aesthetics. I enjoy enhancing one's beautiful features allowing them to age gracefully and confidently while maintaining a natural look”.
